Spring 2024 Elite Travel Lacrosse
Who: U8, U10, U12, U14
What: 16 elite practices (1.5 hours), 3 spring tournaments, and individual games/scrimmages. You will receive a Dominate Lacrosse Jersey if you don't already have one. If you do already have a Dominate Lacrosse Jersey, you will wear your jersey for Spring.
When: All teams will practice at the same time
April 7th (10:30am - 12pm)
April 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30 (6:30pm-8pm)
May 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 30 (6:30pm-8pm)

Tournament:
May 4 & 5 - Kalamazoo, Michigan
May 11 - Holt, Michigan
June 1 & 2 - Cranbrook Lax Jam, Bloomfield, Michigan

Founded in 2014, Dominate Lacrosse is an elite travel lacrosse program based out of South East Michigan. Dominate's main focus is to stress the importance of player development, team work, academic performance. We focus on getting our players better every day, in all aspects of life, on and off the field. We pride ourself on having a fun and positive culture.

• Graduate from The Ohio State University with a BS degree in Physical Education and Health
• Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University in Educational Leadership and Administration
• OSU ECAC Conference Champion (2013)

• OSU 2 time Academic All Big 10 Athlete and 4 time Scholar Athlete
• Currently 9th year physical education teacher
• Founded Dominate Lacrosse in 2014
• World Record Holder Fastest Lacrosse Shot 127.4 MPH

• Graduate from The Ohio State University with a BA degree in International Studies and a minor in General Business

• OSU Face-Off Yearbook Preseason Honorable Mention All-American (2014)
• Coached at Cambridge High School in Milton, GA for 4 years

• Graduate from Michigan State University with BS in Packaging Engineering
• First Team All American all 4 years at MSU setting the countries faceoff record at 82%
• 4 years of coaching experience at Michigan State University leading the team to win a National Championship
• High School All American at Novi High with over 100 points during senior season
• Runs face off training business guiding 30+ student athletes to receive Division 1 offers
